Dr Dylan Gorvy BSc BVSc PhD CertES (Soft Tissue) Dipl. ECVS
Mälaren Hästklinik, Sweden.
Dylan graduated in veterinary science from Bristol University,in 1998. Following an internship in equine surgery at the RVC in London, he investigated the role of growth factors in abdominal adhesion formation for his PhD in Manchester in 2003, after which he undertook a surgical residency at Liverpool University, before moving to Sweden with his wife and three children. For 5 years, he was senior surgeon at Strömsholm Equine Hospital. Dylan is now part-owner of Mälaren Hästklinik and head of the surgery department. He is a recognised European specialist in equine surgery, and has lectured internationally on equine wound management.
